Pooja Hegde is an Indian model and actress. A former beauty pageant contestant, she was crowned as the second runner-up at the Miss Universe India 2010 competition. She was introduced to Tollywood as a female lead opposite Naga Chaithanya in the movie "Okalailakosam" and created a craze among the Telugu audience.
Soon after that, she was offered in the debut movie for Varun Tej. In this movie "Mukunda"she stole the hearts and smacked the fans with her charm.

Mohenjo Daro is an upcoming Indian epic adventure, romance film directed and co-produced by Ashutosh Gowariker and Disney India.The film stars Hrithik Roshan and Pooja Hegde in lead roles. The film is set in the ancient city of Mohenjo-daro of the Indus civilization that dates back to circa 3000 BC.
On the sets of Mohenjo Daro, Pooja is rumored to have excellent chemistry working with Hrithik in some romantic scenes. They both are in such a sync in love scenes that their appeal is so realistic in romantic shots. They even traveled together to Mumbai according to sources.
The rumors are probably coming out because Hrithik is also single ever since he parted with his wife Suzzane Khan.
