Sudheer Varma, talented filmmaker of Swamy Ra Ra, Keshava decided to make a gangster drama set in Vizag 1980's. Kalyani Priyadarshan joined the sets on 5th April and incidentally, it is the first day of the shoot too.
Talented hero Sharwanand, who is giving back to back hits, is said to be playing the Don character in the film. Ravinder who worked as art director and production designer for Magadheera, Bhaagamathie, is working for this movie.
He already constructed a huge set that resembles 1980's Vizag colony at Aluminum Factory for the movie, at a production cost of one crore. The movie is said to be an honest attempt by the team to creste authentic 1980's and tell a grim yet beautiful human story.
