Sensational director Trivikram Srinivas is busy with the promotions of his new film Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava. The director interacted with the media for over 50 minutes and spoke on various topics. The following are some interesting answers he has given in the interview.
Why did you choose not to speak during the pre-release event?
I was confused. The death of Harikrishna garu was quite fresh in everyone’s memory. I thought whatever I speak will surely take me to that incident only. Hence, I left it to the actor who opened his heart with the fans.
Whose decision was to resume the shoot after the death?
It was Tarak's decision. He called me on the second day and informed that he will take part in the shoot. I and producer actually planned to release the film for Summer but we were asked to continue by him.
How did you receive the failure of your last film?
I do not carry hits and flops with me. I am always involved with the writing process. Hence, I won't be bothered much about the failures.
Is this Kobali that you wanted to do with Pawan?
Many people are asking me the same but actually, it is not. Both are different films. Aravinda Sametha is more of emotions which was told in a commercial manner.
Is there a comedy in the film?
For the first time, I did not write separate comedy tracks in my film and there will be no forced romance and no forced comedy.
Tell us about Jagapathi Babu's character?
He will be seen as gory as possible in the film. He is a person with a lot of egos and when it comes to taking a revenge, he would never step back. JB pulled the role very well and delivered a solid performance in the movie.
