Post the success of Arjun Reddy, Vijay Devarakonda has become a sensation not only in Telugu states but also in other parts of South India. To cash in his craze, the actor ventured into Tamil film industry last year with the film NOTA but unfortunately, it ended up as a failure.
Now, he is testing his luck in all the South Indian languages with his new film Dear Comrade. The film is going to have a simultaneous release in four South Indian languages. Among these industries, Kannada film industry used to not allow any other languages to dub their films in their language.
But they lifted this rule a couple of years back. But, none of the major Telugu films were dubbed since then. Dear Comrade will become the first high budget film to have a dubbed Kannada version. It seems that Vijay is looking forward to creating a fan base in Karnataka as well. Moreover, this film's lead actress Rashmika Mandanna enjoys a super fan base in Karnataka and that will be an addon for the movie to get some good collections there.
