This is the age of remixes and many yesteryears' songs are now being remixed by the new-age filmmakers. Though this trend is quite prevalent in Bollywood, it is also slowly increasing in the Telugu film industry. According to the latest sources, a yesteryear hit song will be remade in upcoming Telugu film Valmiki.
Apparently, director Harish Shankar and music director Mickey J Meyer remixed the super hit track 'Yelluvethi Godaramma' from Sobhan Babu's film Devatha. The song was a raging hit in the past and is also known for some beautiful steps of both Sobhan Babu and Sridevi.
Valmiki's lead pair Varun Tej and Pooja Hegde will be shaking legs for this remixed version. Atharva Murali and Mrinalini Ravi will be seen in the other key roles of the film. Valmiki is being produced under 14 Reels Plus banner. It is gearing up to hit the screens on September 20.
