Simhadri is one of the biggest blockbusters of the Telugu Cinema. In fact, it remained as the industry hit when it was released in 2003. It is the film which made both Jr. NTR and SS Rajamouli the stars in the Telugu film industry. But apparently, Tarak was not the original choice for the film.
Popular writer Paruchuri Gopalakrishna has revealed in a recent video of his Youtube channel that, Simhadri's writer K. Vijayendra Prasad has initially approached Balakrishna for the role. But Balayya turned down the offer as he already did three films in a row which had the 'crime and punishment' them.
Thus, the film ended up in the hands of Tarak and rest is the history. Now, the same duo has teamed up for their fourth film together, RRR, which also has an add-on in the fame of Ram Charan. Let's see how many records will this trio break with this movie.
