We have been constantly writing about the sudden release confusion that took birth after both the Sankranthi releases, ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’ and ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramloo’, completed their post-production activities. Apparently, the makers of both the films want to arrive on the same date but the producers of the two movies earlier discussed and sorted out the release date issue. It is not known who started the confusion all over again while a lot of people say that it's coming from Allu Arjun camp.
Interestingly, the USA distributor of “Ala Vaikunthapurramloo” would experience severe losses if his movie's release gets preponed. Since major screens are allocated to Darbar and Sarileru Neekevvaru, it is not possible for them to reshuffle the screens all over again.
As of now, Darbar arrives on 9th January, with premieres on the 8th. As per the earlier release adjustments, Allu Arjun's Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo got scheduled for a release on 12th January while Mahesh Babu's Sarileru Neekevvaru on 11th January.
