2016 release, Bichagadu was a blockbuster in Telugu. The sequel, Bichagadu 2 is up for release on the 19th of May. At the Telugu press meet today, the cast interacted with the media.
Usha Pictures, who are distributing the film Telugu said “we’re distributing a film for the first time in AP and Telangana, thanks to Vijay Antony garu. The film is getting a huge release and it’ll be a blockbuster.
Nashua Sri, the Telugu wroter said “I’d like to thank Vijay Antony garu for the opportunity. This film will surpass your expectations.”
Producer Chadalawada Srinivas said “I’m glad that Usha Pictures are distributing the film the Telugu states. This film is bigger than the first part and Vijay Antony is spotless. I wish to make more films with him.
R Narayana Murthy said “I think this is a very sentimental film and it will cater to all the audience. I hope the film will be a blockbuster. I wish the entire team all the very best.”
Kavya Thapar thanked Vijay Antony for selecting her for the female lead role in the film. She added that Vijay helped her a lot in getting her act right in the film. She says the film is loaded with twists and turns.
Vijay Antony said “I’d like to thank everyone for immediately coming forward to promote my film. Kavya saved me from an accident and I’d like to thank her. This film is bigger than the first part. Bichagadu 2 is with Sister Sentiment. There will be skated sentiment this time. I hope you all turn up in big numbers along with your families to watch this film in theaters on 19 May.”
Producer Fathima Antony said Bichagadu 2 is going to be a thoroughly entertaining film and wished the rest of the team the very best.
