Veteran director K. Raghavendra Rao (KRR) who directed 100+ movies is still having a form at the box office. There are audiences for his movies, unlike the other directors who are his contemporaries. The director's last film is Om Namo Vekatesaya with Nagarjuna Akkineni. The director is now planning to come up with an interesting movie with all the newcomers playing the lead role.
The senior filmmaker is planning for a small budgeted flick and he wanted to be the film on the lines “Pelli Sandadi” and “Bombay priyudu” where he gave a big break to the budding actors like Srikanth and JD Chakravarthy. Raghavender Rao wanted to team up with young heroes now and finish the films in less budget. The director decided to turn producer for the same too.
The script work is in progress and the director is expected to make an official announcement soon.
