After introducing Akhil Akkineni to the movie industry, things are not so well for VV Vinayak as a director. Luckily, he did Khaidi No.150 with Megastar Chiranjeevi. Irrespective of all the other aspects, the movie became successful because it marked Chiranjeevi's comeback to the movies. Moreover, it is a remake and Vinayak is an expert in dealing with them.
Cut to the present, the director turned an actor for an exciting film titled Seenayya. Vinayak wants to explore the opportunities as an actor as his career as a director is not so great.
Now, after multiple delays and hurdles, the shoot of the film resumes from the 27th of this month in Hyderabad. This is certainly a big relief for Vinayak who thought that the film will not take off. Shriya Saran plays the leading lady. Narasimha Rao is the director and Dil Raju produces the film.
