Story : Shiva (Karthikeya) lives in Athreyapuram with Daddy (Ramki). They work with ZPTC Viswanatham (Rao Ramesh). Viswanatham's daughter Indhu (Payal Rajput) falls for Shiva and conveys it to him. In no time, Shiva also starts loving Indhu. But, Indhu leaves Shiva and marries another person. Why did Indhu take such a decision? What happens to Shiva then? What did Shiva do? Forms the story of the movie.
Performances : Karthikeya and Payal Rajput are the newcomers who have delivered their best for the film. The chemistry between them has come out well, and they performed their best. The character artists have given good strength for the lead actors in the movie.
Ramki who made his comeback with the film has come up an impressive performance. Rao Ramesh is also good in his role and did justice for his character. The rest of the cast made their presence felt.
Technical Aspects : Karthikeya and Payal Rajput have put decent performances in the film. The technical team also worked well and had given their best. The camera work by Raam and the editing by Praveen K L is decent. The artwork is nice.
The music by Chaitanya Bharadwaj has come out well. The audio album is impressive and pleasant. The background score for the movie has also elevated the film properly at particular points. The production values are rich.
Verdict : RX100 movie fails to live up to the expectations. Though the plotline and twist are good, the director failed in executing the same. The strength of a film like this lies in the emotion, but the director failed in executing the emotion properly.
The first half of the movie does not reveal the conflict, and because of this, the audiences start feeling bored. In the second half, things get wind up quickly, and everything turns predictable. The screenplay is not impressive, and it lacks the exciting elements that could hold the audience's interest.
Except for a couple of scenes in the second half, the movie disappoints.
