Story: The film's story happens in a village called Chintalapudi which is situated in Guntur district. Koti (Ashish Gandhi) is a happy go lucky youth who lives in the village and does nothing. He falls for Parvathi (Ashima) in the first sight itself.
After they move forward with romance in their love life, their love story hits a roadblock and they face struggles. They were also connected with a chain snatching group. What is it all about chain snatchers? What happened to their love? What happens in the end? is the story of the movie.
Performances: Ashish Gandhi is the show stealer of the film. He has given his best for the film and tried to impress one and all. He looked handsome and has a great screen presence. The performer in him came out today and gave the best. He is sure to have a bright future in the film industry.
Heroine Ashima too made a good debut with the film and she was fit for the village belle's character who is simple and beautiful. She looked realistic and did it well. d chemistry with the hero. The set up of the film looks quite realistic and has some good moments in the first half. The rest of the cast did well in their roles.
Technical Aspects : The music scored by Sai Karthik is good and he impressed with the background score. The camera work is exceptional in the movie and Garuda Vega Anji is behind the grand visuals of the movie. The editing by Manikanth is decent. The artwork and production work are impressive. The production values are lavish.
Verdict: The movie starts with a robbery scene and creates a special interest in the film. The same interest was carried throughout the movie. The director has showcased the family emotions perfectly. The characterizations of the actors are good in the film and some scenes have come out well.
The first half is good in the film and the second half is not upto the mark. There are a lot of unnecessary scenes which disturbed the flow of the film and even some songs acted as speed breakers but the emotion was conveyed properly. On the whole, Natakam shows a lot of promise and impresses the audiences.
