After delivering a super hit like 'Aravinda Sametha', young tiger NTR is all set to continue his winning streak with his first movie with Trivikram, 'Aravinda Sametha'. Touted to be an action entertainer, the movie is slated to hit the screens today.
Pooja Hegde shared the screen space with NTR for the first time with this movie. As NTR and Trivikram have always been one of the exciting combinations, the expectations are sky high on this film. The movie unit and fans are also pretty much confident that the movie will become a hit. Let's check out the review of the movie.
Story : Raghava (Jr NTR) wants to end faction wars in his place. After his father's death, he decides to stay away from all the wars and attempts to make peace with rivals Basi Reddy (Jagapathi Babu) and his son. What happens then? What did finally happen? How did he achieve peace? Forma the story of the film.
Performances : NTR is definitely the show stealer of the film. He is like a one-man army who took the story forward without making the audience get bored. His stupendous performance, especially in the emotional scenes in the second half will impress the audience. Pooja Hegde delivered a good performance.
Her chemistry with NTR also worked out well. Eesha Rebba got a meaty role in the film and she left no stone unturned in showcasing her skills. It's so good to see Sunil as a character artist after a long time.
He delivered his career-best performance and appeared in most of the scenes. He played an entertaining and memorable role in the film and performance elevated his character more. Jagapathi Babu who played the antagonist role has seen in a powerful role. His performance in the movie is top notch. Naga Babu also acted well.
His subtle performance is worth appreciating. Naveen Chandra proved his worth with his captivating performance in the film. Tulasi and Supriya Pathak did impressive jobs. The rest of the cast also made their presence felt.
Technical Aspects : Production values by S. Radha Krishna under Haarika and Hassine Creations are super rich. S.S.Thaman takes a bow for his astounding music. His background score in the action sequences will make the audience get involved in the film. Cinematographer P.S.Vinod did a good job. His camera angles are good. Editing by Naveen Nooli is also up to the mark. The VFX work is neat and everything fell into place generating the best output.
Verdict : Trivikram's writing is so good that it engages the audience with each and every scene. Though his narration is somewhat slow, it will never interrupt the flow of the film. He designed some powerful characters in the film which will create an impact on the audiences. Trivikram penned a wonderful story for Young Tiger. The first half-an-hour of the movie is superb.
The first half goes on smoothly. Though Trivikram mark dialogues will impress us, his comedy could have been better. In fact, the story is like that which doesn't need much comedy scenes. However, without any draggy scenes, the movie will engage us. The second half turns emotional and is embedded with some sentimental scenes.
NTR nailed his performance as Veera Raghava who sets out to bring a change and put an end to factionalism. The climax is superb. On the whole, 'Aravinda Sametha' is the best pick for this festival season.
