Allu Sirish is back after a long gap and there have been a lot of expectations from Srirastu Subhamastu. Directed by Parusuram, the film features beautiful Lavanya Tripati as the female lead.
Lets see whether it gives Allu Sirish his much needed hit.
Story
Allu Sirish (Siri) is a son of a rich bussiness man, who owns a business empire. Sirish goes to a business trip to Kashmir where he meets B.Tech final year student Ananya (Lavanya Tripathi). He falls in love at first sight with Anu. He runs after her but he tell his dad about his love before winning Ananya's heart. The rich father, who hates middle class people, rejected his love.
Some arguments broke out between Siri and his dad and Siri challenges his father that he will win the heart of Anu without revealing his identity. On the other hand, Ananya's father fixes her marriage with his friend (Tanikella Bharani)’s son (Ranadhira). Will Prakash Raj change his perception? watch the film to find out the reason.
Performances
Allu Sirish has gone for an image makeover for this film and his hard work paid off. He is lovable in the role of a youngster. But he should work more on his expressions. Lavanya Tripathi got a good role to perform and prove her mettle. She steals the show with her beauty and expressions.
Prakash Raj does his usual father role with panache. Rao Ramesh has weightage in his role and gave his best.
Comedy by Ali has given the punch and brings good laughs. Other have performed accordingly.
Technical
Thaman's music stands on the top of all technicalities. Background score is good and elevated the scenes in interesting way. All the songs are well picturised and placement is also good. Dialogues are impressive in the second half.There are some hiccups in the editing. Direction is good in parts and it needs to be gripping. Production values are top notch.

Analysis
The story of the Srirastu Subhamastu resembles a few similar themed films of Tollywood. However, director Parusuram makes a laudable effort with this tested story which is bound to interest the family audience.
There is noting much in terms of proceedings in the first half but the second half is filled with actual drama, emotions and love factors. It has also got emotional content and the scenes towards climax are interesting.
The plus points of the movie are it has got the class-content and has entertaining elements. The negatives are routine story, bad screenplay and some roles of senior characters are wasted.
Overall, Srirastu Subhamastu is a decent movie with enough ingredients to make it work at box office. The film will not disappoint you if you don't care about its predictability.
