Of all the films that released today, Angel is one film that raised an initial curiosity. When compared to the other films, the film got fewer theatres. The film Angel stars Naga Anvesh and Hebah Patel in the lead roles. The movie is finally in the theatres and lets us check out the review on the movie.
Story: Nani (Naga Anvesh) and Giri (Sapthagiri) are in charge of transporting a unique statue which is dug out in Amaravati excavations. In the meantime, a lady called Nakshatra (Hebah Patel) get introduced to Nani. Nakshatra is an angel from the Heaven who prefers to live on the Earth rather than the Heaven. What is the link between that statue and Nakshatra? What happens next and will Nani and Nakshatra fall in love are to be watched in theatres only.
Performances: Naga Anvesh seems to have done a good job and even in the first movie, he has shown maturity in the mass scenes. But he has failed with this film and he absolutely showed zero improvements. It is a miscasting to have Anvesh for a role like this. Saptagiri is seen in the role of Giri who is hero\'s friend and he has managed to work out with the comedy, but failed to entertain. Hebah Patel has done a decent job in the role of an angel. She also appeared beautiful with limited scope for acting though. All the other actors Kabir, Pradeep Ravath, Shiyaji Shinde justified the roles well.
Technical aspects: Director Palani\'s story selection is the biggest drawback in the film. With a routine story, even the narration falls flat. The screenplay is a little clumsy with no interwoven sequences. The music is okay and goes along with the narration. The only plus is the interesting climax. VFX and CG work must be appreciated.

Verdict: The story has its weak points every here and there. At least, the love story should have been portrayed well. The narration is one of the biggest minus points for the movie Angel. Even the screenplay gave up in the most part of the story. Dry comedy with a very little humour is the biggest backlog. Angel is not so entertaining, with a little comedy here and there. Boring at times. The film can be skipped completely.
