Story:
Ardhanari a transgender, who got a male physique but female emotions. She faces all types of shame and snide remarks from all quarters including her relatives. She decides to fight for her rights.
Ardhanari comes to city and joins hijras group. she stars killing one after the other in the city. Beginning with a railway TC, she went on to kill a Judge and his girl friend. She also kills a minister's son and some persons government and police departments.
Finally, the police managed to nab Ardhannari by implementing a high profile mission.
Why did Ardhanari kill them? What message she will convey to the public?. Forms the rest of the story.
Performances:
Arjun Yajath tried to play the role of a transgender with conviction but weak script could not give the character more substance.
He performed on the likes of Sharathkumar in Kanchana and there is no doubt that this daring performance would bring him more chances in the industry.
Arjun carried the entire film on his shoulders and gets away with the full marks. Mouryaani gave her best to attract the viewers. Others supporting characters did justice to their roles.
Technical:
Ravi Varma's music is belowaverage but background score is quite good. Cinematography is impressive and he takes most of the scenes to another level . Editing could have been better. Cinematography is a plus point for the film. Productions values are also good and makers have not compromised anywhere.

Analysis:
Director Bhanu Shankar tries to depict the life of a transgender in a meaningful way. The story line of this movie will remind us of Bharatiyudu movie. This movie once again proves that the audience will encourage movies irrespective of cast and budget if they have good stories.
The main leads of the movie have put in a believable performance and their performances will remain with us for a long time. Although the first half is excitingly thrilling, the second half lacks novelty. The movie works due to its gripping screenplay and thrilling elements.
And in terms of direction, the director needs to be appreciated because he highlighted the issues and problems faced by hijras.
On the flip side, weak second half and lack of commercial elements, make the movie may slightly disappoint the audience. The film gives a good message to the public.
On the whole, Ardhanari comes with good Message.
