Along with Kalki, one more film released in the theatres today and it is titled Brochevarevarura. The movie is surely going to be an interesting one at the box-office. The film's trailer already raised enough curiosity on the movie. Sree Vishnu, Nivetha Thomas, Nivetha Pethuraj, Satya Dev, Priyadarshi, Rahul Ramakrishna and others are a part of this project. Vivek Athreya who earlier made his debut with the movie Mental Madilo has directed this project. Vivek Sagar is the music director of the film. Story: The film narrates two tales on a parallel note. One is about a wannabe director Vishal (Satyaraj) trying to impress Shalini (Nivetha Pethuraj) for the heroine role in his project. While the other one is another story of teenagers (Sree Vishnu, Rahul Ramakrishna and Priyadarshi) trying to impress Mitra (Nivetha Pethuraj). Both the stories are connected to a crime. What is it about? How did the stories meet ends? Forms the story of the movie.
Performances: Sree Vishnu is definitely the show stealer for this film. The actor who has been improving with each of his movies has improved a lot in terms of dialogue delivery in this movie. He has carried his role effortlessly and delivered a decent performance. Nivetha Thomas got a challenging role in this film. But the actress has pulled it off with ease. Nivetha Pethuraj looked beautiful in the film. The actress got an interesting role in the movie and she will impress with her performance. Rahul Ramakrishna and Priyadarshi justified their roles and delivered their best performances. Satyadev is just outstanding in the movie. The way he carried his role will definitely create an impact on the audience. The rest of the actors also made their presence felt.
Technical Aspects: Director Vivek Athreya has not only prepared an engaging story for this film but has also prepared an interesting screenplay. The way he narrates the story is really impressive and his pace of narration will keep the audience engaged throughout the film. Production values by Vijaya Kumar Manyam under Manyam Productions banner are rich. Despite being a small budget movie, the producer has invested decent amounts and have not compromised in terms of quality. Music by Vivek Sagar is astounding. Keeping the songs aside, his background score elevated the scenes well. Sai Sriram's visuals added more beauty for the film. Editing by Ravi Teja Girijala is decent.
Verdict: The movie has an interesting story which is definitely the biggest strength of this film. The movie opening scene itself will increase the curiosity among the audience. The first half is filled with romance, comedy and also the romantic track between Sri Vishnu and Niveda Thomas is showcased in a beautiful way.
The interval twist is interesting. When compared with the first half, the second half is even more entertaining and engaging. Though some of the scenes felt a little bit dragging in the second half, the director has succeeded in making the audience stick to their chairs. Overall, 'Brochevarevarura' is a perfect watch this weekend.
