Story
Surya alias Suri (Ram) is a jolly and carefree youth. He is the son of a sincere government employee Narayanamurthy (Satya Raj). Suri loves his dad to the core and can go to any extend for him. Narayanamurthy faces a problem from a powerful minister Rajappa (Rao Ramesh) during the final days of his retirement. Rajappa brings a lot of pressure on Suri's father to give permission for a illegal project in Vizag. But the honest government officer denies permission and refuses to sign on the file. What is Rajappa's next step?. What will Suri do for his dad? How will he face Rajappa? forms the rest of the story.
Performances
Ram Pothineni is his usual best. He is at ease in this role and performs well throughout the film. He is charming and his coming timing and body language are adorable. Raashi Khanna looks refreshing and pairs up well with Ram. Ram and Raashi complemented each other. Sathyaraj as father of Ram does a fairly good job and is an asset to the film. Rao Ramesh gets another meaty role as a villain and he carries it quite well. All his scenes with Ram have come out well. His unique dialogue delivery and expressions are a treat to watch. Others including Murali Sharma, Jaya Prakash Reddy, K.Vishwanath , Posani Krishna Murali and Prabhas Seenu put in decent performances.
Technical
Mani Sharma's background score serves what is required, nothing extraordinary. Songs could have been better but they canned beautifully. Camera work is not good and it's not pleasing to the eyes. Editing could have been tighter. Production values of 14 Reels are very high and good. Director Santhosh Srinivas does a decent job.
Had there been an intensity in the second half and some more thrilling elements, the film would have entertained into a higher league.

Analysis
First half of the film is very good and thoroughly entertains you with romance, comedy and action scenes. The screenplay of the first half is very interesting and arresting. While the first half was quite youthful, the second half has good emotions. The twist before interval serves well to the overall impact of the story.
Decent performances by Ram, Rao Ramesh and Satya Raj have worked out well. The dialogues, romance, sentiments and commercial ingredients in the film will entertain you big time.The director could have tightened the film in the second half to retain the pace and make it more interesting.
This is a simple story of the bond between a father and son, but Santhosh Srinivas embedded an important social issue.
To sum up, Hyper is an entertaining movie that can be watched by everyone.
