Jai Lava Kusa is the latest Telugu language action-drama film in the theatres. The film released today in the Telugu states along with the entire world. The film is having a huge release everywhere. Jai Lava Kusa is was written and directed by K. S. Ravindra.
The movie features Jr. NTR, Raashi Khanna and Nivetha Thomas in the lead roles. JR NTR will be seen in a triple role for the first time in his career. Story
Jai, Lava, and Kusa are the brothers. Jai has a problem with his speech. He stammers while he talks and this leads to his insecurity. Jai gets confused and turns to be a negative person in a feeling that everyone is just making fun of his speech disorder. Jai, Lava, and Kusa get drifted in the childhood.
Jai tries to grow as a don in Rajasthan. He is shown as a notorious person. Lava Kumar becomes an employee in the bank and Kusa turns to be a thief who dreams of getting settled in the US. Kusa pays a huge amount to an agent, who promises that he will arrange to send him to the US.
Unfortunately, Modi announces demonetization and the plan gets reversed. Meanwhile, Kusa gets introduced to Lava who is in trouble because of his soft nature. Kusa tries to help Lava out of his bad situations by acting like him at the workplace.
In this frame of context, the bank in which Lava Kumar work gets robbed and Lava is blamed for this. A lot of tension prevails and suddenly, Lava and Kusa get kidnapped by Jai. What is the story behind the drifting of the brothers? What is Jai actually up to? Will Jai cause any trouble to Lava and Kusa? forms the rest of the story of the movie.
Performances
JR NTR is one of the powerhouse performers in the Telugu film industries. Very few in the industry are as focused as JR NTR. Yet another time, the actor has proved his best in the film by putting all his efforts in playing the three different roles.
Jai Lava and Kusa. Each role is different and the performance Tarak delivered will blow our minds. Nivetha Thomas and Raashi Khanna are the female leads of the movie who played their parts in a perfect manner. Both of them have come up with solid performances and entertained everyone by scoring equally. Nanditha Raj and Hamsa Nandini are seen in small parts of the film which is good to watch. Ronit Roy, Abhimanyu Singh, Harish Uthaman and others performed well. All the other actors are good as per their role limitations and they made their presence felt. Milky beauty Tamannaah Bhatia sizzled in a special song of the film.
Technical Department
The cinematography of the film is handled by Chota K Naidu. The camera work is really amazing and has come out really very well. The editing by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao is good.
The music of the film failed to impress but on a whole, the background score compensated and DSP deserves all the appreciation for the music part. The BGM elevated all the key scenes very well in the film. The locations look good and the production design is appreciable. The artwork is impressive. The production values of NTR Arts banner are rich.

Verdict
Jai Lava Kusa is a film that is completely based on JR NTR's image. The way the film was made will surely be a big treat for all the fans over there. If not for JR NTR, the film would have certainly been the same.
The only biggest strength of the movie is JR NTR and he excelled in all the three roles of the film and delivered a perfect entertainment. The way the makers immersed the audiences into the story of the film is impressive.The first half is all about introducing the characters and it has done nicely. The second half runs on a single point which has come out nicely too. The slow narration in the first half of the film is the only minus point but on a whole, the entertainment of the film never appear bored to us.
The pre-climax of the movie runs emotionally well and gives a good feel for the audiences. Finally, Jai Lava Kusa is a good film in majority aspects and it has got all the necessary elements to win big at the box office.​
