Here is another rom-com from Nani. It has all those commercial elements that Nani's films are known for - neat comedy, sleek romance and natural action. If he was a forgetful hero in Bhale Bhale Magadivoy, he is a timid guy in Krishna Gadi Veera Prema Gatha.
Storyline:
Nani plays Krishna, a movie buff in awe of Balayya Babu and falls in love with a girl (Mehreen). Mehreen is the relative of the most dreaded Rajappa. How this timid guy gets to win the heart and hand of the girl in a faction and violence ridden Anantapur is the sum and substance of the story. In the process, he has to save Rajappa's brother ACP Srikanth's three kids. This adds all the necessary twists and turns to the story.
Performance:
This is an out and out Nani film. Nani is a natural actor, who delivers brilliant performances. He is a powerhouse of talent and evokes superb comedy throughout the film.
Mehreen, who plays the female lead is the perfect foil for Nani. They present delectable performances. But, the three kids, whom Nani rescues, are the best of the pack. They are simply amazing and their performance is awesome.
Special mention should be made about his comic timing.
Sampath Raj, who essays the role of the ACP, does a very good job. This could perhaps be billed as his best role yet. Murali Sharma, Brahmaji and Prudhvi also did a good job.
Technical:
The film has sleek production and the visuals are rich and colourful. The comedy track is very enjoyable. This surely is a huge asset for the film. The songs are good. The cinematography is also quite good. The editing however could have been better.
Filmybuzz Analysis
The first half is entertaining with good dose of romance, comedy, crime and suspense. The twists and turns and the comedy tracks entertain the viewers. The chemistry among the lead actors is also entertaining. Nani's all-round performance and non stop entertainment are major assets of the film. Credit should also go to director Hanu Raghavapudi for coming out with a clean entertainer.The interval bang too is very good. On the flip side, the second half is slightly dragging for sometime. However, the film soon picks up and doles out an entertaining stuff.
A worth watch movie which will be loved by one and all. Watch it for Nani and beautiful Mehreen. Do not miss the suspense at the end.
In all, the film is a clean entertainer with a decent dose of romance, comedy, crime and suspense.
