The film talks about the unclaimed accounts in the banks. If you thought the film discusses serious issues like economic offenders and financial misdeneanors, then think again. The film is about Naveen (Naveen Chandra) and Devi (Lavanya Tripathi)/ Then there is bank manager Somayajulu (Jayaprakash Reddy) who makes us laugh. The film has a scheming baddie (Ajay) and his moll. The film has lot of twists and double crosses. The film ends with Burning Star Sampoornesh making a grand entry.
Performances
Naveen Chandra tries to act. He dances well and does stunts very well. But, that's about it. Lavanya Tripathi is the show stealer. She looks pretty, acts bubly and is her breezy self. Jayaprakash Reddy makes one laugh. Interestingly, he dances too in the film. Ajay, Brahmaji and Bhadram do justice to their roles. Sampu appears as burning star towards the end of the film. Director Jagadish Talasila holds promise, but fails to live up to expectations.
Technical
This film is a classic example of hype and little else. The film offers great promise but fails to measure up. The story narration is slow and the direction is sloppy. While Lavanya's performance and the comedy track are quite good, the film fails to live up to the hype. The editing could have been tighter and smarter. One wonders why is Keeravani roped in for this film. The songs fail to impress.
