After the success of ‘Eedo Rakam Aado Rakam ’. Vishnu Manchu is looking to continue his success streak with ‘Luckunnodu’ and relied once again on entertainment. He paired up with his lucky charm Hansika again. Let us see how the film fared.
Story
The film kicks off with a bank currency robbery and villain JK steals 25 crores but gets cheated by his fellow criminal and JK starts searching for him.On the other hand, Lucky is a regular middle class guy who is branded as unlucky by the society. He falls for Hansika at the very first meet and starts teasing her. But circumstances land hims in the robbery issue and how Lucky gets over the trouble forms the crux of the story.
Performances
There is no doubt that Manchu Vishnu is going the right way. He has once given a committed performance. He pulls off his role rather convincingly and put sincere efforts in dance and fights.
Hansika suited the role well and she is a visual feast. Her chemistry with Manchu Vishnu worked quite well. has a good screen presence they fit their roles perfectly. Producer cum villain MVV Satyanarayana has performed well.
Posani Krishnamurali has got a significant role in this movie. Posani, Satyam Ravi and Fish Venkat provided many moments of laughter. Others have performed according to their roles.
Technical
All the songs are ok that are equally filmed well. Background score is effective. Editing could have been far better. Dialogues are clean and evoke superb fun. Screenplay is gripping as the film never make you bored.
The director has succeeded in maintaining good comedy throughout the movie. From the beginning to end, Lukkunnodu is packed with hilarious scenes and pleasant visuals. Production values are good and the film has a rich feel to it.
Analysis
Manchu Vishnu once again came out with a clean entertainer. The film has many hilarious moments which connect well.
Hansika looked ravishing at times and the chemistry between Vishnu and Hansika are worth watching.
The comic timing of the actors and their performance is the major highlight of the film. Manchu Vishnu's stunning performance and the non stop entertainment of major plus points of the movie. On the flipside, the movie should have been narrated in a more interesting way. The first half looks breezy with ample comedy and the chemistry of Vishnu-Hansika combo is worth watching. Had the second half been more interesting, the film would have reached greater heights. Some scenes in the seconf half dragged and they might bore you. Also, some songs act as hindrances to the flow and the comedy looks forced at some parts though it is entertaining.
Luckunnodu is a good watch and can be watched by all sections of audiences without any doubts.
