Story:
Mahesh Babu is son of a popular businessman (Satya Raj) in Vijayawada. Satya Raj always believes that greatness is in togetherness and all the family members in his family lead a colourful life by enjoying every small occasion as a festival. Mahesh Babu is an easy going guy and mingles with everyone. While everyone thing is going in a peaceful way in the family, Rao Ramesh miffed with Satya Raj'a growth and wants to gain upper hand over him. He wants his daughter to get married with Mahesh but he comes to know that he is already romancing Kajal Aggarwal. Angered at this, Rao Ramesh confronts with Satya Raj and this disrupts the entire family.
After an unexpected incident in his family, Mahesh Babu sets out on a journey to discover his roots.
How will Mahesh re-unite the family? Will Rao Ramesh realize the greatness in joint-family? forms the rest of the story.
Performances:
Super Star Mahesh Babu as usual a powerful crowd puller appeared in different mannerisms in Brahmotsavam. In Seetamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu, he appeared in the role of a simple boy-next door keeping his personality aside and in this film too, he gives a settled performance and is a perfect fit in the emotional roles.
Kajal and Samantha look dead gorgeous in the film. Pranitha also earns some brownie points with her performance. The chemistry between Mahesh Babu and Kajal is a treat to watch and the audience surely want more from them.
Rao Ramesh once again plays the baddie in Srikanth Addala's film and he is proving himself to be a versatile actor capable of emoting a wide range of expressions. He turns heads of all with his apt performance. Satya Raj delivered a wonderful performance and the scenes between him and Mahesh have come out very well. Both Mahesh and Rao Ramesh took the film to their shoulders and they two are the highlight of the film.
Others including Jayasudha and Ravathi have done what is required for the film.
Technical:
Mickey J Mayer manages to give a very good album for Srikanth Addala. The back ground score of the film is very impressive and it elevated many scenes.
Cinematography is a top notch and the film has striking visuals. Editing is not upto the mark and the film drags a bit here and there. Thota Tarun's sets are major attraction.
Since it is a PVP cinema, it is colorful and he has put in good money to make sure the film has rich production values.

Minus Points: Slow second half, Overboard emotions
Analysis: Many things about a joint family will stay with you even after you walk out of the film as Srikanth Addala portrayed the family values in a best way.
If you are expecting some Srimanthudu kind of film, it may disappoit you a bit but it will definitely impress those who love family values and family system, root for sentiments and emotions will. Akin to the title, the film explores the greatness in togetherness.
The movie features an ensemble cast of Naresh, Sathyaraj, Jayasudha, Revathi, Rao Ramesh, Tanikella Bharani and they have delivered wonderful performances.
All the emotional scenes have blended very well.
One must appreciate Mahesh Babu and PVP's guts for accepting this kind of story. The film drags a bit in the second half and it also lacks comedy. Mahesh has shown what he can do before the interval scene and at the climax but the director could not use the opportunity well this time and the treatment could have been a lot more pretty. The movie is dotted with many emotional scenes that impress the family audience.
On whole, its a clean family entertainer and you can celebrate the weekend by watching this film with your family members.
