Popular director Selvaraghavan’s wife Geetajnali made her directorial debut with Nannu Vadili Nevu Polevule. Touted to be a romantic drama, the dubbed version of Tamil film has hit the theaters on Friday.
Story:
Prabhu ( Balakrishna Kola) is an IT employee, who comes from a middle class family. He always wants to experience magic of the true love but he ended up in rejection due to his looks. Manoja(Wamiqa Gabbi) is complete different to Prabhu and she has troubled past.
But Manoja had to marry Prabhu as she was forced due to deteriorating health condition of her mother. The actual drama begins here and the duo broken up each other. What is the reason behind their break up? Will they get back together? . Watch the movie on big screen to find out the reasons.
Performances:
Wamiqa Gabbi has fitted well in the film and she can grow up well in her career if she chooses right roles. She is a show stealer and she did her best to keep the film going. Wamiqalooks also voluptuous and seductive.
Balakrishna Kola is has given a spirited performance. If he can work on his looks, he has the potential to grab few more offers in Tamil. Others didn’t get much scope.
Technicalities:
The production values are good. The camera work is impressive. Music is below average. But editing could have better in the second half. The director, who debuted with this film, has done decent job and if she takes care of the second half, the film would go to next level.

Filmybuzz Analysis:
Director Geethanjali took a simple story but she has put all efforts to make it interesting.
The interval episode is main highlight of the film and the differences between the couple have shown well. Many sequences in the second half which were crucial turned out stale and flaccid. The film resembles 7G Brundavan colony and it may not impress the family audience. It seems the film was made to target the youth but it will disappoint the audience who love to watch commercial films, big time.
Wamiqa Gabbi has performed very well and the way she showcased the pain is main highlight of the film.
