Story
Theda Singh (Balakrishna) is a gangster who is appointed as an under cover agent to eliminate a criminal named Bob Marley. In the process, he woos and likes a girl named Harika (Muskaan).
Later, Harika comes to know that Theda Singh is the person behind her sister Sarika's (Shriya) death that happened in Portugal. On the other side, the police officials realize that Theda Singh is not the real identity of the gangster. Who is Theda Singh? What is his connection with Sarika? What happened, in the end, forms the story of the movie.
Performances
Nandamuri Balakrishna will be seen as Theda Singh in the movie. The actor has excelled in the role with an energetic performance and we can see him delivering a great performance in the movie. Compared to his previous commercial potboilers in the recent times, the film will surely reveal the genuine Balakrishna.
The film has Shriya playing the role of a journalist. She is hot and acted well in the movie.. Muskaan is a good actress who played a cool role in the film. The movie also reveals Kyra Dutt in a good role of the movie. The baddies Kabir Bedi, Alok Jain and Prudhviraj are good too in their roles.
Technical Values
Technically, the film is Guaranty. The entire technical team worked hard to bring out the best for the movie's success. The writing has been excellent. The film has good camera work. The cinematographer did a very good job in showing the actors in a wonderful manner. Songs are very good. Theda Singh, Padhamari, Mama Ek Peg La song Picturised well. Lyric writers Bhaskara Bhatla, Pulgam Chinnarayana done good Job.
The editing by Junaid Siddiqui is good. The music by Anup Rubens is nice but the tunes are not fresh. The background score of the film is very nice. The production company's non-compromising attitude has been evident on the screen and hence the production values are too good in the film.

Paisa Vasool is one film that has completely changed the identity of Balakrishna from his previous films. We can see a new and energetic Balakrishna in the film and the way his character was designed is also entertaining. The film will see Balayya in full force but the only disadvantage is that he was not utilized completely.
The first half of the film is good with some drama and fun elements but the second half is completely different from the first half. The second half has got some good emotional and thrilling content which will be a feast for all Balakrishna fans. On the other side, it is the time for Puri Jagan to come out of mafia don stories. Balakrishna's one man show is Paisa Vasool. On the whole, the film is surely a watchable one for the fans.
