Story: Sudhir and Srinu are very close friends. They both decide to find a way to earn big money with low investment. They get desperate as the situations demand them to find big money as quickly as they can.
Sudhir falls in love with Latha and she dumps him after using him for a work. This makes him even more convinced about killing his inner conscience and this leads to even Srinu falling into a trap drawn by a completely greedy person. How they escape from all this is the story.
Performances: Gopi krishna, Mahendra are good in being able to convince us that they are talented and their potential is still unproven. They need even better scripts but this one seems to a good start for them.
Shipa and Priya Agasthyan are assets for the movie as their glamour adds to the kind of storytelling director followed in the movie.
Technicalities: Cinematography is very good for the budget of the movie. He tried hard to make it all look pleasant and we can see his passion.
Music in the movie is also fine. It could have been slightly better but it works for the budget. The Background score for the movie is the heart.
Editing for the movie is good but it could have taken care of the pacing issues in second half.
Director Gundreddy proved that he is one of the few talented filmmakers to come up in this new wave of young directors. He tried hard to make use of all the resources he had in his hand. Had he concentrated on few issues in second half before climax, the movie would have been much better. But for what he achieved, we have to appreciate him.
Analysis: The movie Runam tried to deliver a good message and it could make an impact in the climax. Few up & downs here and there do tamper pace but they don't really hamper the movie. Gundreddy could deliver what he promised and that helps the movie a lot.
