Super Star Krishna, who is better known as producers hero, is back to the silver screen after long gap with Sri Sri. He recently completed 50 years in the industry. So all were waiting for Sri Sri to hit screens to see the Super Star once again on big screen. It is here, and let’s find out about its merits and demerits.
Story:
Sreepada Srinivasa Rao, Sri Sri (Superstar Krishna) is a law college professor who lives happily with wife (Vijaya Nirmala) and his children.
His daughter Swetha (Angana Roy)is a journalist working in a popular TV channel. She exposed a scam involving Bikshapati(Posani) and JK(Murali Sharma). She fought over JK company and she also got some evidence to prove her claims. Unfortunately, she was killed brutally by Rahul, Akash and Vicky, sons of Jk and Bikshapathi before approaching the police. Shocked Sri Sri , approached the court and initiated a legal fight against the culprits. But he lost the battle due to political and money influence by JK and his coterie.
Then, Sri Sri goes on to take revenge on the killers of her daughter and decides to kill them. Will Sri Sri kill them? How will he take revenge forms the rest of story.
Performances:
Krishna is a veteran actor and there is little that we can talk about his acting skills. He is the only saving grace in Sri Sri. The elders would fell pleasant watching him.
The senior actor has kept all sorts of super star's image and performed very subtly. Naresh is also the one who sole the attention of audience with his performance. He is perfect as a police officer and gave a wonderful performance.
Vijay Nirmala is good in her supporting role. Aangana Roy gets some brownie points for her performance. Others including Posani, Sai Kumar and Prudvi have done what is required.
Technical:
Songs are average but background score is good.
Despite the fact that Sri Sri is made with modest budget, the production and technical values are very good. Came work is brilliant and he showcased all the investigation scenes perfectly. Editing is ok so the screenplay.

Analysis:
The theme of the film is very old but Krishna gave enough push and make it interesting. The film begins on a interesting note with Krishna's voice over and all the scenes related to revenge episodes have come out well.
Aangana Roy's scenes with Sai Kumar are good.
Had the director taken extra care on the second half which has multiple flashbacks, the output of the movie would have been much better.
Story becomes predictable in the second half and the last 30 minutes of the movie should have been made in better way. Story wise, it's certainly good one and suits the image of Krishna but the comedy and entertaining elements have come down by a few shades. Some scenes in the second half are not impressive but overall feel of the movie is good.
Barring a few dull moments during the second half and lack of commercial elements, this film can be watched for one time.
