Though things were not officially confirmed, the work had already started on Chirajeevi’s 151st film. It will be a biopic of Indian freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy which will be directed by Surender Reddy.
After a disaster like ‘Kick2’, Surender Reddy bounced back with ‘Dhruva’. This time, he teamed up with veteran writers Paruchuri Brothers for Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy. The latest news we heard is that, Akshay Kumar will be seen playing an important role in this film.
Though we are not aware of his character in the film, it would be a treat for Mega star and Akshay fans to watch them together onscreen. Already, Akshay Kumar is playing villain’s role in Rajnikanth starrer ‘2.0’ directed by Shankar. Following Rajni, Chiru’s film will also have Akshay playing a major role as per sources.
As it is the story of a famous freedom fighter, Surender Reddy is working on the pre-production part, costumes and locations.
