It is known that there was a controversy surrounding ‘Gudilo Madilo’ song from ‘Duvvada Jagannadham’. The usage of words like ‘Namakam’, ‘Chamakam’ in a romantic song lead to this issue and the makers had to change the lyrics in the song to settle the issue.
‘DJ’ released amidst huge expectations and received mixed response all over. Now, some people are complaining about a particular scene in the film. Reportedly, hero reciting the Gayatri mantra with his foot wear on irked some people. As the mantra is said to be very holy and pure, mouthing it by wearing slippers was said to be hurting their sentiments.
New is that they may take this to the notice of censor board and remove the scene. Looks like ‘DJ’ ended up in another controversy.
