During the promotions of the film Baahubali, the star director Rajamouli has opened up to the media that he was supposed to do a film with Super Star Mahesh Babu but due to several reasons, the project is getting delayed. Both the actor and director were not free to collaborate for a project. As Mahesh is occupied with Maharshi, Rajamouli is occupied with RRR now. It will take almost two more years for both to be available for a project.
As the regular shoot of RRR began today, many media outlets carried news that Mahesh Babu is showering special attention on the director. After RRR, Mahesh wanted Rajamouli to direct him and for the same, Mahesh is said to have started his groundwork to lock Rajamouli. Rajamouli has met Mahesh a couple of times in the past and discussed a possible collaboration but nothing turned out to be concrete.
With the sudden attention on this combination, we may surely expect that the project might happen for sure.
