As per the reports, director Puri Jagannath has met the Rowdy boy at a hotel in Kakinada. The 'Arjun Reddy' actor is shooting for his next film 'Dear Comrade' in Kakinada. Sources claim that Puri Jagan wants to narrate a script to this young sensation. Digging deep into the story, Puri and Vijay Devarkonda's father were colleagues and they shot some documentaries and special programs for Doordarshan together during the 90s. With that friendship, Puri Jagannadh who is searching locations for his next film with Ram made some time and narrated a point to Vijay.
Vijay is yet to take a final call. If everything goes well, we can expect Vijay doing a movie under the direction of Puri. Let's wait and see if Vijay gives a chance to the director who is not at all in the form these days.
