F2 has literally turned out to be an elixir for two pretty heroines who have been starving for a decent hit in as many years. Both Mehreen and Tamannaah have ended their drought run with this film. Tamannaah hoped Baahubali will take her to places. But, that was not to be. She did not have any hit after Baahubali. Though she did Naa Nuvve and Next Emti with lot of passion, the films failed to click and she was well on her way to call it quits.
After three hits on trot with Krishnagadi Veera Prema Gatha, Mahanubhavudu and Raja The Great, Mehreen too was on the downslide with almost a half dozen flops. Her last film Kavacham too was a disaster and her career appeared to be on the verge of a closure.
F2 success has literally breathed life into their sagging careers. With the film well on its way to becoming a block buster hit, both Tamannaah and Mehreen are on cloud nine. They oozed oomph and put up good performances. No wonder, they are extremely happy.
