Despite scoring a hit movie with 'Srirastu Subhamastu', Allu Sirish's '1971: Beyond Borders' and 'Okka Kshanam' turned out to be disasters at the box office. The actor has pinned all his hopes on his upcoming film 'ABCD: American Born Confused Desi'.
Touted to be the official Telugu remake of Malayalam movie with the same title starring Dulquer Salman, Sanjeev Reddy helmed this project. Rukhsar Dhillon played the female lead in this movie. The film has been postponed so many times till now which is irking the fans. Initially, the movie was supposed to hit the screens on March 1st. Later, it was postponed to March 21st but now the makers I have decided to release the movie in summer. As per the latest reports, Allu Sirish's 'ABCD' movie is not going to get released before summer and the makers are likely to fix the release date after summer.
Nagababu is playing the father role of Allu Sirish in this film. Madhura Sreedhar Reddy under Madhura Entertainment banner and Yash Rangineni under Big Ben Cinemas banner are bankrolling this project.
