Vishal scored a lot of hits in Tamil but the success of Thupparivalan will always be memorable for him. Vishal is happy in his space when he did a couple of commercial films but this particular film has given him a completely new identity. Mysskin is the director of the film and it released in Telugu with the title Detective.
During the promotions of the movie, the makers decided to come up with a sequel for the film. The announcement for the same also came out recently where Vishal came forward to produce the second part under his production house.
The shoot also started in London but the latest reports revealed that the project got halted because of the creative differences between Vishal and the director. As of now, Mysskin is not interested to take the project forward but we have to see if Vishal can convince him or direct the film on his own.
