To fight the Corona crisis, already, many celebrities from Tollywood are coming up with their donations. Now, the celebrities within the Kollywood film industry are also coming forward to donate the money for the welfare of the people and strengthen the efforts of the government. The celebrities from Kollywood are pledging donations to the Tamil cine workers association.
Kamal Haasan and director Shankar announced a donation of 10 lakh rupees and Dhanush pledged a donation of 15 lakh rupees.
Now, Kamal Haasan decided to convert his old residence to a hospital, if needed. On behalf of Kamal Haasan, his party Makkal Needhi Maiam (MNM) is willing to convert the building that was once his residence into a temporary hospital.
It is great on Kamal Haasan's part to come forward and extend help in the time of crisis.
