"The Eyes" is a Thriller movie in which Meera Jasmine in the lead. This movie directed by Shajiyem,is slated for release on 9th October 2015. The Eyes is a dubbed version of hit Malayalam film "Ms Lekha Tharoor Kaanunnathu".
Story Line:
Meera Jasmine has played the role of a blind TV host named Lekha. Lekha gets her eyesight back with the help of a donor. As soon as she gets to see, she sees only scary and strange things.
It gets revealed that she has a disease named Cellular Memory Loss. What is the reason behind her scary sight??? The twist in the tale lies here in the story where is gets revealed what is the reason behind Lekha's suffering.
Roles and Performances:
Meera Jasmine who is not new to Tollywood, have given to the audience, many hit movies. At the start of her career some years ago, Meera was once the most wanted heroine. Meera who has played the blind girl in this movie is seen glued to her role. Her intense expressions when getting scared, her action like a blind girl were just mindblowing.
Her performance is realistic and the team is sure that this character will surely echo. So adopting is her output. It's indeed Meera, who has carried the whole movie on her shoulders.
Other Malayalam artists Badri, Shankar Josh, Suran , Suraj Venjarammudu, Nandhu, Geetha Vijayan, Nilambur Ayisha, Sunil Sukhada, Krishna, Jose, Rosin Jolly, Asha and Arun have adopted their roles very well.
Technical Aspects:
Re-recording for the movie is one of the best ingredients in this movie. Must say that BGM was very much in sync and went perfectly along with the storyline. BGM gives you the best thriller appeal. Kanshik have done a genuine attempt and this movie is the proof for that.
The cinematography is another highlight for the movie. Visuals in the movie looked very natural. Editing also is good. Dialogues penned by Vennelakanti, goes along with the movie.
Production values are super cool and it is obvious in every frame of the movie. Even before its release, the movie's preview was showed for the press and a producer needs guts to do this. As the producer strongly believes in the content of the movie, he have risked to Screen the premier so earlier. Producer DV Venkatesh is pretty sure the movie is going to reach his expectations.
