With his very first movie "Mukunda" Varun Tej got well established as a good actor. And after the epic movie Kanche, which was directed by Krish Varun Tej proved that he is an actor with caliber.
As his latest project Loafer which is directed by well-known director, Puri Jagannath is to get released tomorrow. In this frame of reference, we have caught up with an interview with this smart hero.
Q: How did you get to work for Loafer?
A: I always wanted to work in different projects. Kanche gave me a very good name and satisfaction. After that, I felt I should try in a commercial movie this time. Puri Jagan who is well known for his commercial movies approached me with this script. This is how I signed for this movie.
Q: Kanche and Loafer are in absolute polarity. How did you manage to train yourself?
A: Frankly speaking, I bluntly followed Puri Jagan. I did not take any kind of special training.
Q: Can you tell us about the idiosyncrasy of your role in Loafer?
A: It is the kind of a role that is in contrast with my real life character. My look in the movie also was designed specially.
Q: How was it working with Revathi and Posani?
A: Revathi Mam is a senior actress, to share the screen along with her is the best thing ever. Our chemistry as a mom and son worked out very well. Especially the emotional scenes came out very well. It was great working with Posani garu.
Q: When can we expect a multi-starer movie from you?
A: I am looking forward to working for a multi-starer movie. I would love to work with anyone of my family.
Q: How different are you from the other heroes from the mega family?
A: Each one is a different one and they have their own respective following. About me? I am trying to be something and constant improvement is the only constraint.
Q: How was it working with Disha Patani?
A: It was so great working with Disha. She is an excellent dancer. The Movie has come out very well and the frames in which we have appeared together are quite well executed.
Q: Tell us about your future projects?
A: A project with director Krish is being under discussion. Will announce officially soon.
