There are many actors who enter the industry directly as heroes with their family support. Then, there is Sharwanand who started his career with supporting roles in films like ‘Sankranti’, ‘Shankar Dada MBBS’ and then became a hero. His journey as a hero was not successful in the beginning. But his unending passion towards films made him what he is now.
Right from the word go, Sharwa had chosen a different path compared to other heroes. Though he gained good name with films like ‘Gamyam’ and ‘Prasthanam’, he had to wait long for his commercial success. He scored his biggest commercial hit with a crime thriller ‘Run Raja Run’ in 2014. From then, there was no looking back. His next film ‘Malli Malli Idhi Raani Roju’ proved his stamina as an actor and in spite of a lot of competition, Sharwa’s belief in his film made him to release ‘Express Raja’ during last year Pongal season. That film turned out to be a super hit in between many biggies like ‘Dictator’, ‘Soggade’ and Nannaku Prematho’.
Sharwa opted for Sankranti season this year too for his ‘Shatamanam Bhavati’. But this time, it was in between sensational films like Chiranjeevi’s 150th film and Balakrishna’s 100th film. Many thought that he made a mistake and would face the heat this time. But, Sharwa knew that Sankranti season can welcome 3-4 films at a time and all of them can be successful if they have content in them. Finally, his decision proved to be right and all the films are having their good run at the box-office.
Now, Sharwanand started becoming a bankable star. Audience started believing that his films have guaranteed entertainment and good content. He built up his own market that can surely collect 20-25 crores. Hope he continues his success streak and becomes the next big thing in Tollywood.
