Nandamuri Bala Krishna's 100th movie Gautamiputra Satakarani, which set cash registers ringing, seems to be unstoppable in making records each and every day at the box office. Directed by National Award-winning filmmaker Krish Jagarlamudi, Satakarni has made a history in Tollywood by becoming the first Tollywood movie to reap profits in the first week itself.
It has also become the fastest historic movie to enter into safe zone for makers and distributors in first seven days of its release at the box office. With this, Bala Krishna has now become the King of box office collection.
Having made fantastic collection, Satakarni shattered several records and set its own new benchmark in its opening week.
The film is doing quite well during the weekdays also by running to packed houses in many centres across the globe. Distributors of Satakarni entered into the profit zone in less than 7 days and the audience are lapping it up like anything.
The film also features popular Bollywood actor Hema Malini playing the role of Satakarni’s mother. Chiranthan Bhatt rendered music for the film.
