Manchu Vishnu was supposed to be seen in a film based on Bhakta Kannappa. The film was originally planned by Thanikkela Bharani and Sunil was supposed to be seen in the lead role but it did not happen. Later the project fell into the hands of Manchu Vishnu and he announced it in a grand manner and came out with a proposal of doing it in multiple languages. Thanikella Bharani was supposed to direct the film but due to several reasons, we now hear that he is not going to direct the film and we have a big update on the same.
As per the filmnagar sources, we came to know that Manchu Mohan Babu is showing interest to direct the film now. Apparently, Mohan Babu is planning to come up with interesting projects right now and he wanted to direct this film and the plans are being made for the same.
