Akhil made his acting debut with the film Akhil. The movie tanked down at the box office leaving the distributors and the producers in huge losses. Now, the actor is busy with a new film directed by Vikram Kumar K. The film is yet t be titled. Kalyani Priyadarshan is making her acting debut with the film as the female lead. The regular shooting of the movie is currently progressing at a rapid pace.
The latest update on the movie is that the film is tentatively scheduled to hit the screens on December 22nd. On the occasion of Nagarjuna's birthday on August 29th, the makers wanted to release the poster with the film's title. Junnu and Ekkada Ekkada Vundho Taraka were the titles in consideration now.
