The trailer of 'Jamba LakidiPamba' featuring Srinivas Reddy and Siddhi Idnani in the lead roles is finally out. It was launched today by The Mass Maharaja of Tollywood, actor Ravi Teja. In a function held at Hyderabad, the actor launched the trailer in the presence of cast and crew of the film. Vennela Kishore and Posani Krishna Murali are playing important roles in Jamba LakidiPamba. The film also features Satyam Rajesh, Dhanraj, Raghu Babu, Shakalaka Shankar, Jaya Prakash Reddy, Tanikella Bharani, HariTeja, Himaja, Sudha, Madhumani&Rajitha in supporting roles.
JB Murali Krishna (Manu) is directing the film under the banners SivamCelluloids and Mainline Production. The movie is produced by Ravi,Jojo Jose, and N.Srinivas Reddy and co-produced by B. Suresh Reddy.
After the launch, RaviTeja said that “After hearing the name of the title itself, I got feeling that this movie is going to be a hit. Even though they used the title of E.V.V. Sathyanarayana’s cult movie title, they are coming with a completely different and new story. Theatrical trailer itself is enough to judge a movie, and after watching this trailer I am very confident about the success of this movie. I congratulate the whole team rather than wishing them good luck. This is the confidence I have towards this movie. This will be the career best hit to my friend Srinivas Reddy”.
Hero Srinivas Reddy thanked actor Ravi Teja for launching the trailer Jamba LakidiPamba. “Firstly, we planned to release the movie on 14th June. But, after taking suggestions from many people in the industry we are going to release the movie on 22nd June as the availability of theatres are more. We are happy that the theatrical trailer was launched by the hands of Mass Maharaj RaviTeja. His words of confidence in the movie has given us more strength. We are very thankful to all the people and audience who are supporting us from the beginning and we hope to get their continuous blessings”, he added.
Co-producer B Sureh Reddy said“We have used the title the cult movie as this is very apt to the story of our movie. Apart from the title, our movie has no relation with the old “Jamba lakidiPamba”. The movie is a mix of comedy, drama and romance. Director JB Murali Krishna had written this story keeping Srinivas Reddy in mind. We are in movie business as distributors for many years and we took this as our first project only because we liked the story. This movie has many things which will be liked by all the generations”.
“The promotional song which was launched recently got a very good response. Producers made this movie with a zeal and didn’t imposed any limitations in budget for the making of this film. Censor board has given U/A certificate without any cuts” added director JB Murali Krishna.
