Sudheer Babu created a unique name for himself in the industry by choosing different subjects. His new movie Sammohanam is gearing up for a release on this Friday. Sivalenka Krishna Prasad is the producer, and Indraganti Mohan Krishna is the director. The actor met media as part of the film's promotions.
How did Sammohanam happen?
Indraganti garu called me one day and narrated this story. We were supposed to work right after SMS with Srinivas Avasarala's story, but it did not happen, and he did that subject with Naga Shaurya as Oohalu Gusagusalade.
What is Sammohanam movie about?
The film is close to the reality of an exciting subject. I felt my role as a challenging one. The love story in the movie is realistic. I play Vijay who is a children books illustrator. Aditi Rao Hydari plays a star heroine in the film. I don't like movies but eventually falls for her.

Harish Shankar, Avasarala Srinivas, Tharun Bhascker and a few others did the guest roles in the movie.
Tell us about the director's making style?
Indraganti garu never did intense love stories. Sammohanam is a proper love story and the way he dealt it is impressive. There are fun and romance in equal parts in the movie.
What is the most challenging scene in the movie?
There is a scene on the terrace where I have to convey that I am crying without tears. That was challenging for me.;
Tell us about your production house
I decided to encourage new talents like choreographers, actors, lyricists, and everyone. Already, a lot of people are coming and approaching me.
What is the status of the biopic on Gopichand?
The film starts in September. I will travel with Gopichand for some days to understand his body language. I am practicing a lot and will play some real Badminton tournaments.
What are your next films?
I am going to do my next film in my banner. It is a love story. I already started the shoot. RS Naidu is the new director making his debut with the movie.
Is there a chance for Mahesh acting in your production?
I am planning that already. If Indraganti garu comes up with a good story for Mahesh, I am always ready to produce it.
