Mega hero Sai Dharam Tej has recently changed his name as Sai Tej. It worked for him in a good way as he finally scored a hit in the form of Chitralahari, after scoring seven flops in a row. Soon, Tej will be working for a new film which will be directed by Maruti. The shoot of this film will commence by the end of this month.
Touted to be a family entertainer, the makers are planning to wrap up the film's shoot by October and release it during the Sankranthi festive season. Meanwhile, we hear that Tej has okayed another project even before this film went on to the shooting floors. If the current buzz is anything to go by, he will work with Deva Katta once he gets done with Maruthi's project.
Deva Katta is popular for his films Vennela and Prasthanam. But he struggled to maintain the success rate. Currently, he is directing the Baahubali web series for Netflix. He might work on this new project once he wraps up the shoot of that web show.
