It is already known that Mass Raja Ravi Teja has signed his new project with Rx100 director Ajay Bhupathi, which is titled as Maha Samudram. The shoot of this film will begin once Ravi wraps up the works of his upcoming film Disco Raja. Meanwhile, Ajay is working on the casting of the movie.
Initially, they wanted to sign up Sammohanam beauty Aditi Rao Hydari as the female lead of this film. But apparently, the actress left the project citing dates issues. Now, the makers are considering another suitable actress to replace her. It seems that Ravi has suggested Raashi Khanna's name to the makers.
Raashi has earlier worked with Ravi Teja in the films Bengal Tiger and Touch Chesi Choodu. Both of them share good on-screen chemistry and even the makers felt that Raashi will be a nice option. Currently, the talks are going on with the actress and official confirmation will be made once she signs the dotted lines.
