Story:
Sivaji (Srikanth) is a superstar and he enjoys a big fan base. Abhi (Abhay) is one of the fans. One fine day, he goes to a private hospital for sister's treatment. The treatment fails to work and she goes into coma. Later, Abhi gets arrested by the cops because of sale of a beauty product. Later, Abhi realizes that Sivaji is behind the two disappointments that took place in his life. He then decides to go against his favourite hero. What did Abhi do then? What is Sivaji's connection to this? What happens in the end? Forms the story of the movie.
Performances:
All the actors did complete justice for the film. Especially, Abhay has given his best for the lead role. He played all kinds of shades in his character. The concept is completely new for the audiences but he performed well with his character and came up with a decent performance. Srikanth too got an interesting role after a long time and he is too good in the movie. The way he added strength to the film with his performance is so impressive. The heroine Megha Chowdary has got a good screen presence and she did her best as per her character limitations.
Technical Aspects:
The audio album of the film is good. The dialogues are nice. Ravi Basuri of KGF fame has given a proper background score that elevated the plot well. The editing is impressive. The producers must be appreciated for putting money perfectly. They have made a good film in a limited budget. The production values of the movie are grand.
Verdict:
The film has once again proved a fact that star cast is not a hurdle if you have a good story on hand. Marshal has got an amazing story that really worked well at the box-office. The film openly talks about the medical mafia that is currently existing in the current society. The way the director executed the same is impressive. An impressive concept was narrated in an engaging way. The family emotions are also included in the plot that is executed well. The film will surely be a reference for all those who wanted to do films on the medical mafia in the future. On the whole, the film is an engaging thriller.
