Actress Manchu Lakshmi has been breaking the stereotypes in everything she steps into. Be it in her on-going movies, TV programs, and entertainment ventures, she takes up the role that satisfies her acting thirst and thrills her interests.
Uncompromisingly, her new flick is yet another intense psychological thriller directed by Vijay Elakanti. While everyone doubts about the capability of the makers, here we come up with the review.
Story: Deeksha (Manchu Lakshmi)'s husband gets murdered infront of her. She files a murder case with the cops but that don't show interest in solving the case. She starts investigating the case on her own and finds some bitter truths. What are they? Who murdered her husband? How did she solve the case? forms the story of the movie.
Performances: Manchu Lakshmi Prasanna is brilliant in the film. She carried the entire film on her shoulders and proved how versatile she is as an actress. She has showed variations in her character and impressed the viewers.
Her variation in the performance as a wife and a person who is investigating the death of her husband is decent. The Other actors like Samrat Reddy, Adarsh Balakrishna, Srikanth Iyengar, Srushti Dange, Priyadarshi pulikonda and others are impressive in their roles and did justice for their characters.
Technicalities: The film is brilliant in terms of the technicalities. Everyone did their best in their craft and contributed for a good output for the film. The visual effects and the graphics team should be applicable for coming up with an impressive effort which enhanced the way of telling the story.
The cinematography of the movie is a major asset for the film. There are no songs in the film but the background score by Raghu Dixit is one of the best scores in the recent times. The editing is good and neat. The production values are Grand.
Verdict: Manchu Lakshmi Prasanna has took time to come up with a bang. She has selected an impressive story that would connect well with all classes of the audiences. She is one of the best actors in the recent times in Telugu film industry and the best part is that she has discovered the importance of telling thrillers to Telugu audiences.
Even though the story is predictable, Manchu Lakshmi Prasanna has taken a lot of care in the execution of the movie and came out with a brilliant thriller. The way she has connected all the dotted lines in the movie by creating evidences in the case is impressive. On the whole the movie is worth a watch.
