Hansika Motwani, who made a sparkling debut with 'Desa Muduru' many years ago, attained top range in a short period of time in the film industry. 'My Name Is Shruthi', her next movie in the lead, will be released in theatres on November 17. The film's trailer launch event was held today in Hyderabad.
Producer Burugu Ramya Prabhakar of Vaishnavi Arts is producing the promising movie. Speaking at the trailer launch event today, Srinivas Goud, who was present as the chief guest, said, "I hope everyone will like this film with a novel story. All the best to the film unit."
Ashok, who directed films like 'Bhaagamathie' and 'Pilla Jamindaru', was another chief guest. He said, "Hansika is very dedicated towards her craft. She impresses everyone with her solid performances. I hope this film brings good success to Hansika and the makers."
Hansika said that the thriller comes with a great subject. "The story is very close to my heart. Director Srinivas Omkar has worked very hard. Vaishnavi Arts has made this film without compromising on quality. Prabhakar is a modern producer. He has made this film with utmost sincerity. The Telugu audience will surely love this film. I want them to support me once again like they have always done," she added.
Director Srinivas Omkar spoke of his commitment to the film's story and Hansika's talent. He thanked the actress for encouraging him, a new director. "She strongly believed in the story. Also, I am lucky to have got to work with super-talented technicians who understand the demands of the script. The songs in this are getting good response. Mark K Robin's score is excellent. I thank the producer on this occasion for his support," he added.
Producer Prabhakar thanked the lead actress for her full support.
