Q: As the time for the release is nearing, are you tensed about the movie?
A: I watch the preview of all my movies in a particular theater and that is the sentiment I have. My team conveys a very genuine review. It is the same with Columbus. I am nervous as well as excited.
Q: Story of the movie in brief?
A: A decent story. A calm and feel good love story that will not fail to entertain the viewers. I am sure the second half will be a phenomenal one.
Q: How is this movie special to you?
A: Columbus is a very important movie in my career. The impact of this movie will be definitely positive for the rest of my life. I am so confident about its success.
Q: Why is the movie titled Columbus? Any specified reason?
A: The hero of the movie discovers something for his love. Like America was discovered by Columbus. What he discovers is what I shouldn't reveal now. Watch it in the theaters.
Q: How is the journey into the movies going on?
A: I have done 5 movies until now. I feel this movie is to hit the nail on the head for sure. It is very important for me that I need to make my own mark in the industry. I an ocean, I just need to find my own way. I have been trying to update myself and as I know my strengths, I am going accordingly.
Q: How much support do you get from your dad?
A: He has done all he could do and in fact, more than what he could do. He advises me and encourages me as much as he can. He is very humorous and he frankly lets he know about the areas I should improve.
Q: How do you take your failures as?
A: I get upset. See, you work hard days together and you need to get involved mentally too. So, if the result is inappropriate then obviously you get upset right?
Q: About the heroines of Columbus?
A: After finalizing the story, we had decided to cast a little popular heroines. So, we opted for Mishti and Seerat Kapoor. They are very passionate and hard working.
