On the occasion of the birthday of Adivi Sesh today, the official announcement regarding the sequel of Goodachari was made. During the promotions of the movie, the makers already announced that there will be a sequel but the official announcement came today.
The film's shoot will start mid-2019 and the movie's release is going to take place in 2020.

The movie is a joint production of Abhishek Pictures, AK Entertainments and People Media Factory. Rahul Pakala who was supposed to direct the first part along with Sashi Kiran Tikka is making his directional debut with the film now.
